Vice President of Underwriting
Sadhna Chopra is currently the Vice President of Underwriting for Future Care Risk Retention Group, and acts as the Executive Underwriting Officer for Care RRG. She has previously filled the VP role at both Diversus Inc, and DSNRRG, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Sadhna has also been a lead underwriter for handling medical professional liability for insurance carriers like Continental, Maximum Specialty Insurance, MLMIC, The Doctors’ Company, St. Paul, Chubb, and other national insurance carriers and RRGs over the last three decades. Her diverse experience and in-depth knowledge in the healthcare segment, along with her passion for using innovative ideas and underwriting acumen, makes her a prudent risk taker.
She earned her BA in economics from the University of Delhi, and has trained in both the College of Insurance and the Insurance Institute of America. Sadhna is grateful for the opportunity to learn from the very best in the insurance industry to comprehend the multidimensional and diverse complexities of the current healthcare environment.

In addition to serving as President of Future Care Risk Retention Group, Inc., Mr. Cook serves as President and CEO of CARE Professional Liability Association, LLC (Parent Company to CARE Risk Retention Group, Inc.). The RRG provides medical malpractice insurance to physicians, dentists, and ancillary healthcare providers.
Mr. Cook is also a partner of HPC Financial Services, LLC, a company providing underwriting, medical claims review, and captive and financial consulting services. Prior to his tenure at CARE, he worked in the captive insurance management business for Aon (Bermuda), Ltd. and Risk Services, LLC. Mr. Cook has worked on a myriad of insurance captive programs in varying lines of business.
